By downloading, installing, or using PackNGo (“the app”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
PackNGo is a travel packing list organizer that helps users create, manage, and track packing lists for their trips. All data is stored locally on your device. The app is available in both a free version and a premium version with additional features.
3. Use of the App
You agree to use PackNGo only for its intended purpose. You may not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content
Use the app for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of PackNGo — including but not limited to the design, graphics, text, and code — are the exclusive property of PackNGo and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
PackNGo offers premium features available through in-app purchases. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time
6. User Data & Responsibility
All data you create within PackNGo (trips, packing lists, preferences) is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for maintaining and backing up your data. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, or any other cause.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
PackNGo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Your use of the app is at your sole risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PackNGo and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your use of the app at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
10. Third-Party Services
The app uses third-party services (such as RevenueCat for purchase processing) that have their own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services. We encourage you to review their terms before using the app.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the app shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
